ppp6 Terms & Conditions

Accessing the ppp6 platform, opening an account, or using any of its services in any form is taken as confirmation that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. This document is a legally binding agreement between ppp6 and the player, so please read it carefully before use.

If you do not wish to comply with these terms and conditions, we recommend you do not use the platform. Continuing to use the services represents your full agreement to all of these terms.

ppp6 is a platform providing online gaming services for players in Myanmar, including live casino, slots, football betting, and crash games. The following terms apply when using these services—

• The platform aims to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or technical reasons.
• Depending on the service, Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30) is used as the reference time.
• Restrictions may apply in areas where services cannot be provided, and ppp6 bears no responsibility in such cases.
• All decisions regarding the platform are subject to the final authority of ppp6's management team.
• These terms and conditions are written in Burmese, and in all cases the Burmese version shall be the binding version.

2.1 Registration

You must create a personal account to fully use the services on ppp6. When registering, all information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts of players who provide incorrect or outdated information may be suspended without prior notice.

2.2 One Person — One Account Policy

Each player is allowed to open only one account. If it is found that one person is using more than one account, all such accounts may be blocked and any bonus balances in those accounts may be cancelled without approval.

2.3 Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) secure. ppp6 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from a player's own negligence. If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, report it immediately to [email protected].

2.4 Identity Verification

ppp6 may request a player's name, national ID card, or other legally required documents in connection with withdrawal requests or large deposit amounts. If these cannot be provided within the specified time, withdrawals may be delayed or temporarily suspended.

ppp6 services are restricted to players aged 21+ only. By registering, players confirm that they are 21 years of age or older.

• Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on ppp6.
• ppp6 reserves the right to verify the age of any player.
• If underage gambling is suspected, the account will be suspended immediately and any winnings obtained will not be returned.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors in their care from accessing this platform. Account login details must be kept completely private.

4.1 Deposits

The currently accepted payment methods on the platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

• Deposits are usually credited almost instantly, but may take longer due to banking or network issues.
• You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be refunded or blocked.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. The standard withdrawal processing time is 10–45 minutes.

• Players who have received a bonus with their deposit must complete the wagering requirement before withdrawing (see section 5 for bonus details).
• Withdrawals will be sent back using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• ppp6 may verify the player's name and account before processing a withdrawal. If they do not match, the withdrawal may be temporarily delayed.
• Funds generated from gameplay — amounts arising from bonuses rather than direct deposits — cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirement is met.

5.1 First Deposit Bonus

ppp6 offers a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must wager 10x the bonus amount.

Example gameplay —

• If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, making your account balance 50,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks.
• If you deposit 280,000 Ks, you will receive a 200,000 Ks bonus (maximum), making your account balance 480,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks.

5.2 Conditions for Claiming the Bonus

• The bonus is for the first deposit only and can be claimed once per player.
• If you do not want the bonus, you can let ppp6 know in advance at the time of deposit. Once a deposit is made with the bonus included, the wagering requirement applies immediately, so if you do not want it, please opt out beforehand.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus amount will be deducted.

5.3 Other Promotions

ppp6 may from time to time offer VIP bonuses, cashback, and referral bonuses. Each promotion will have its own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general terms. ppp6 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion without prior notice.

6.1 Game Records and Results

Game results on ppp6 are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer methods. Incorrect results caused by software errors will be treated as void and the bets may be refunded.

6.2 Unfair Play

Players are not permitted to use dishonest or unfair methods (arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, collusion, system exploitation). If such activity is detected—

• Winnings and bonuses obtained through unfair play may be voided.
• The account may be suspended without prior warning.
• Only the deposited amount (excluding bonuses) will be returned; remaining funds may be forfeited.

6.3 Technical Errors

Any bonus or funds obtained as a result of a technical or software error, including posting advertisements or participating in any promotional activity, may be reclaimed by ppp6. Players who continue playing after discovering an error are warned that their account may be suspended.

ppp6 reserves the right to suspend a player's account if any of the following actions are carried out—

• Detected activity consistent with money laundering.
• Hacking or modifying the software in any form.
• Transferring or selling the account to a third party.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing ppp6 staff, players, or any other person.
• Unexplained income or funds of large amounts with an unverifiable source.
• Failing to comply with any of the terms set out in these conditions.

Following a suspension, the player's right to withdraw may be temporarily put on hold until a review of large transaction amounts is completed. To appeal a suspension, players may contact [email protected] and submit supporting evidence.

• Players' personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties without the player's consent.
• Sensitive payment data such as bank card details will not be collected or stored.

All designs, software, advertisements, written content, graphics, and data related to the ppp6 platform are the intellectual property of ppp6.

• Players may use ppp6 services only for personal play. Copying, distributing, or reproducing the services is not permitted.
• ppp6's brand name, logo, or graphics may not be used for any purpose without ppp6's permission.
• ppp6 reserves the right to take legal action if this restriction is violated.

ppp6 reserves the right to suspend a player's account at any time without prior notice — including where circumstances arise from external factors —

• If any legal or national policy changes occur.
• If disruption to digital infrastructure or third-party services causes an issue.
• If a cyber attack or company-side risk event occurs.

If a player wishes to close their account, they can contact [email protected] to request this. Any remaining balance (with wagering completed) will be withdrawable at the time of closure.

ppp6 is not responsible for the results or losses of any games played through a player's account. Players are solely responsible for their own decisions.

• If a player allows another person to play on their account and a loss occurs as a result, ppp6 bears no responsibility.
• If a player suffers losses due to unauthorized third-party access that was not caused by any failure on the company's part, ppp6 is not liable.
• ppp6 cannot guarantee that all services requested by players will be delivered without limitation, as external factors such as banking system issues or network failures may be involved.

ppp6 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be announced on the platform, and players who continue to use the platform after an announcement is made will be considered to have accepted those changes.
